INQUIFOR will be in the "5th Young Researchers Symposium" of the University of Alcala

During the next week, the University of Alcala will held the “5th Young Researchers Symposium“. Like in previous editions, it will be focused on PhD students, so they will be able to show their current research lines and their results. Four INQUIFOR members will participate in this event, some of them defending their Doctoral Thesis in the next months. These are the oral communications we are going to give:

Carlos Martín Alberca – Non-invasive detection of Molotov cocktails by portable Raman spectroscopy

André Filipe dos Ramos Martins Braz – Raman spectroscopy for the forensic discrimination of Bic pens originated from different batches

Matías Calcerrada Guerreiro – Microstructured capillaries as separation platform in capillary electrophoresis: application to forensic samples

Félix Zapata Arráez – IR spectroscopy as a forensic tool for dry body fluids stains differentiation

This symposium will be taught in Spanish and will take place in the main acts room at the Sciences Faculty at the University of Alcala, from 1st to 3rd December 2014r. Here you can see more information.

 

Successfull Week of Science!

More than 100 people visited us on Week of Science, in “CSI Alcala” activity, on 10th and 11th November. Thank you very much for your support, it has been an outstanding success!
